Abstract

(1) Is the quality of service, price and poduct quality affect the consumer satisfaction at PT. Prosperity with Surabaya?, to determine the effect of service quality, price and product quality whether it has a simultaneous influence on customer, Quality of service, price and product quality simultaneously affect the customer satisfaction of PT. Semangat Sejahtera Bersama Surabaya (2) The technique of determining sample size can be categorized into two types, namely for the number of known population and the number of unknown population. This research, using random sampling proportionate and area (cluster) sampling, by dividing the cluster of North Surabaya, East Surabaya, West Surabaya, South Surabaya, Central Surabaya. With sample 50 consumers of advanced water dispanser and data collection techniques using interview systems, questionnaires and documentationdata analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test, (3) Based on data analysis, the influence of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price and product quality have no effect on customer satisfaction and The discussion of the quality of service is very influential because the quality of service is good does not disappoint for the price and quality of the product is less in accordance with what is obtained the price offered is too expensive and the quality of the resulting product is still less satisfactory because of frequent damage to the product. (4) Conclusion of service quality more influence to consumer satisfaction compared with price and quality of product offered. And advice for Advance Parties should be more able to determine the price in accordance with the quality of the product so that consumers are not disappointed with the price paid and the quality of products contained in Advance.
