Abstract

Indonesia's marine resources are still possible to develop pearl farming, both in terms of the availability of cultivation areas, the workforce needed, and the need for supporting equipment. The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the influence of price perception, original products, product variants on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction and the influence of purchase decisions on pearl buyer satisfaction in Southeast Maluku Regency. The approach used is a quantitative method. This type of research is explanatory research. The population used in this study are consumers who have made pearl purchases in Southeast Maluku Regency, while the samples taken were 115 respondents with accidential sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Price Perception influences Purchasing Decisions; (2) Price perception does not significantly influence Buyer Satisfaction; (3) Original Product influences the Purchasing Decision; (4) Original Products influences the Buyer Satisfaction; (5) Product Variants have significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; (6) Product Variant has no significant effect on Buyer Satisfaction; (7) Purchasing Decisions affect on Buyer's Satisfaction.
