Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove whether there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment partially or simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom Access in Surabaya Kebalen Region.The population used in this study was all employees of PT. Telkom Access in Surabaya Kebalen Region as many as 54 employees. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. In this study using a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. The instrument test in this study used a validity and reliability test with a classic assumption test consisting of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test and an autocorrelation test, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F Test hypothesis show that organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the sig value of 0,000 < 0.05 and the value of F count 256.061> F table 3.18.Hypothesis results of the t test showed that partially organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee performance, it can be seen from the sig value of 0.045 < 0.05 and t count is 2.911 with t table 2.00758. The work environment partially has a significant influence on employee performance, it can be seen from the sig value that shows sig value of 0,000 < 0.05 and sig value is smaller than probability value of 0.05 or 0,000 < 0.05 and t calculation is 20.025 with t table 2.00758 . The conclusions in this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment have an influence on employee performance. Suggestions related to this research should organizational culture and work environment remain the company's main concern.
