Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the recruitmen, selection, and employee placement on employee performance at the Central PDAM Office in Lamongan, both on partially and simultaneously. In this study, respondents were sampled from all employees in the Central PDAM Office in Lamongan with a total of 55-employees. The technique-of collecting-data using interviews, questionnaires, and literature. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that partially the recruitment variable has a significant influence on employee performance, the selection variable has a significant influence on employee performance, and the employee placement variable has a significant influence on employee performance. Recruitment, selection, and employee placement variables simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. In addition, seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R 2 states that the influence of the value of R 2 (R square) of 72,5% and the rest is influenced by other variables.
