Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. The population in this study amounted to 100 employees. As for the determination of the sample of 80 respondents, with the criteria for the status of contract / permanent employees, aged 19-45 years, and are at the level of staff and supervisors. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Berhasill Indonesia Gemilang. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Product moment correlation statistical technique from pearson with the SPSS version 21 for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis in this study the value of rxy = 0.278 was obtained with a significance level (p) = 0.006 (p <0.05), which means there is a very significant positive relationship between the affiliation of organizational justice with employee satisfaction at PT.Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang Surabaya.
