Abstract

A company of goods or services in carrying out its activities there is an important thing that2the8success7of6various0activities within the company in2achieving4the goals not5only6depends4on3technological4advantages, available5operating8funds,7facilities5or9infrastructure4owned,2but4also4depen ds3on2human2resources aspects. In the company must also create a comfortable atmosphere between the leadership and employees so that the resulting performance can be maximized, because not in all companies have leadership that can create a comfortable working atmosphere, and less able to motivate employees to be more eager in work. Therefore the researcher took the title Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Dukuh Kupang Surabaya. In this research using quantitative method with primary and secondary data source directly obtained from PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Dukuh Kupang Surabaya. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 80 Respondents, with the calculation of Reability Test and Validity Test, while Testing Results done by Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, F Test and Determinant Coefficient Test (R2). The results of the analysis by the researchers are Leadership Style (GYK) = 0.126, (t) = 1.932, and a significant level of 0.057 greater than 0.05 means This shows that leadership style significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Dukuh Kupang Surabaya, work motivation (MKJ) = 0,374, (t) = 3,513, and significant level equal to 0,081 bigger than 0,05 meaning work motivation significantly influence to employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Dukuh Kupang Surabaya, and from this result can be concluded that the value of work motivation variable is greater than the value of leadership style variables and can be said that variables that most significantly influence in employee performance is the motivation of work. From the analysis that has been known, the hypothesis in submission in line with the results of research.
