Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh profesionalisme kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Sukolilo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun metode korelasional adalah metode penelitian yang meneliti hubungan antara variable-variabel yang ada. Metode korelasional bertujuan meneliti sejauh mana variable yang satu memiliki hubungan sebab akibat dengan variable yang lain. Setelah peneliti melakukan penelitian terkait pengaruh profesionalisme kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya, didapatkan hasil bahwa profesionalisme kerja memberi pengaruh yang sigifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya. Kata Kunci : Profesionalisme Pegawai, Kualitas Pelayanan Abstrak This study focuses on knowing the magnitude of the effect of work professionalism on the quality of public services at the Sukolilo District Office. The type of research used in this study is correlational with a quantitative approach. The correlational method is a research method that examines the relationship between existing variables. The correlational method aims to examine the extent to which one variable has a causal relationship with other variables. After the researchers conducted research on the effect of work professionalism on the quality of public services at the Sukolilo District Office, Surabaya, the results showed that work professionalism had a significant effect on the quality of public services at the Sukolilo District office in Surabaya.
