Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani danRumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Besaran sampel yang digunakan sebesar 100 responden, di bagi menjadi dua, 50 responden dari Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani dan 50 responden dari Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner online atau google form, kemudian data di olah menggunakan software SPSS menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Independent Sample T test. Hasil analisis menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T test adalah : 1. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari Variabel Harga pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani Surabaya dan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya dengan nilai (Sig-t) 0.656 > (α = 0,05) artinya hipotesis di tolak. 2. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani Surabaya dan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya dengan nilai (Sig-t) 0.026 < (α = 0,05) artinya hipotesis di terima. 3. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari Variabel Cira Merek pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani Surabaya dan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya dengan nilai (Sig-t) 0.970 > (α = 0,05) artinya hipotesisi di tolak. 4. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari Variabel Kepuasan Pasien pada Rumah Sakit Islam Ahmad Yani Surabaya dan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Surabaya dengan nilai (Sig-t) 0.001 berada dibawah level signifikan yang digunakan (α = 0,05) artinya hipotesis di terima.
