Abstract

Perkembangan suatu perusahaan tidak terlepas dari peran seorang marketing dan seorang humas dalam perkembangan perusahaannya. Untuk melaksanakan program untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan marketing public relations. Melalui aktivitas marketing public relations CV. Concept Teknologi berupaya untuk memperluas penyebaran informasi baik perusahaan maupun produk yang dipasarkan guna merangsang pembelian dan memberikan pengetahuan produk kepada konsumen yang telah menggunakan produk atau jasa. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk meneliti Aktivitas Marketing Public Relations (MPR) CV Concept Teknologi dalam Meningkatkan Kesadaran Pentingnya Penggunaan CCTV. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan permasalahan bagaimana aktivitas dari marketing public relations yang dilakukan oleh CV. Concept Teknologi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran penggunaan CCTV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data primer dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil wawancara dan observasi. Jenis data sekunder dalam penelitian ini meliputi gambaran umum,arsip dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini, diantaranya seperti Teori Marketing Mix, Public Relations, Marketing Public Relations. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CV. Concept Teknologi menggunakan 3 aktivitas marketing public relations untuk memberikan pengetahuan pentingnya penggunaan CCTV bagi masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aktivitas Marketing Public Relations yang berdampak untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya penggunaan CCTV berdasarkan 7 kegiatan Marketing Public Relations ada 3 aktivitas yaitu Publikasi, Identitas media dan Acara. CV. Concept Teknologi juga bekerja sama dengan beberapa distributor untuk pengadaan event agar penyampaian informasi bisa diterima dengan baik.
