Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of employee morale in terms of commitment to company, commitment to superiors, and commitment to work. Population used is employees of RSUD Kab. Sidoarjo as many as 1573 employees. The sample used in this study is as many as 125 employees consisting of contract employees as many as 22 people, non permanent civil servants as many as 56 people, and civil servants as many as 47 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20.0. The results of the analysis indicate that there are differences in employee morale in terms of commitment to the company, commitment to superiors, and commitment to work. Where commitment to superiors has the greatest effect on employee morale when compared with commitment to the company and commitment to work. The results also show that commitment to the company has no effect on employee morale.
