Abstract

The research aims to examine differences in employee engagement with the status of permanent employees and outsourced employees in Hospital Surabaya. This dilator is underdeveloped by the work behavior that is less focused so often mistakes in work, employee outflow, and negative work behavior that can be bad for the company. The study was conducted at a private hospital in Surabaya. The research uses quantitative approach with the number of respondents 30 subjects consisting of 15 subjects with permanent employees and 15 subjects of outsourced employee status. The technique used in this research is the test-t test technique. Based on the calculation of SPSS version 21 obtained the test results t = -0,314 and p = 0,353 (p> 0.05), because the significance level obtained is greater than 0.050, then there is no significant difference between fixed employee attachment and outsourced employees. Which means permanent employees and outsourced employees have their same high work attachment.
