Abstract

Prostitusi adalah suatu hal yang memiliki citra buruk bagi kebanyakan masyarakat Indonesia. Berawal dari kebutuhan akan ekonomi, para wanita yang dulunya bekerja pada kawasan eks lokalisasi Sememi mulai terlihat menjajakan diri secara sembunyi-sembunyi pada bangunan-bangunan bekas rumah bordil. Kondisi kampung yang memprihatinkan sejak ditutupnya kawasan lokalisasi ini membuat prostitusi terselubung semakin menjamur. Dibangunnya Rumah Anggrek Sememi tepat di jantung kawasan ini seakan berdenyut semakin lama semakin pelan. Apalagi sejak pandemi, dimana seluruh area wisata di Kota Surabaya ditutup termasuk pada kawasan ini. Trigger yang cukup baik oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya belum diikuti oleh perbaikan sosial-ekonomi masyarakatnya dan bahkan mereka belum dilibatkan pada sebagian besar proses yang terjadi di Rumah Anggrek Sememi. Dalam menyikapi hal ini, penulis ingin menghidupkan kembali kawasan yang dulunya ramai pada segi yang negatif dapat berubah ramai pada segi sebaliknya, yaitu positif. Ramai wisatawan, ramai gotong royong warga nya, serta ramai alam yang ada di dalamnya. Penyediaan Fasilitas berkonsep Agro-bisnis didukung oleh konsep kampung wisata diharapkan mampu meningkatkan ekonomi maupun kehidupan masyarakat secara mandiri dengan terus selaras dengan alam (berbasis ekologi). Hal ini sejalan dengan visi dan misi Kota Surabaya yaitu menjadi salah satu kota yang menerapkan prinsip ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci – Prostitusi, Revitalisasi, Kampung Anggrek Sememi, Eks Lokalisasi, Mandiri, Ekologi Prostitution is something that has a bad image for most Indonesian people. Starting from the need for the economy, women who used to work in the former Sememi localization area began to be seen selling themselves secretly in the buildings of former brothels. The poor condition of the village since the closure of this localization area has made covert prostitution increasing. The Sememi Orchid House right in the heart of this area seems to be beating more and more slowly. Especially since the pandemic, where all tourism areas in the city of Surabaya have been closed, including this area. The trigger that is quite good by the Surabaya City Government has not been followed by the socio-economic improvement of the community and they have not even been involved in most of the processes that occur at the Sememi Orchid House. Responding to this issue, the author wants to revive an area that has a negative image for a long time into a positive atmosphere. Lots of tourists, lots of people are working together, and be one with nature inside. The plan of facilities with Agro-business concept supported by a tourist village concept is expected to improve the economy and independently of the people by continuing the harmony with nature (ecologically based). This is in line with the vision and mission of the City of Surabaya, which is to become a city that applies environmentally friendly and sustainable principles.
