Abstract
In running a business the company needs a variety of resources, such as capital, materials and machinery. Human resources are the most important and very decisive, because without good human resources then the company will not run well as well. Employees are an important resource for the company, because it has the intellect, talent, energy, desire, knowledge, feelings, and creativity that is needed by the company to achieve the vision and mission of the company. Job satisfaction is needed to keep motivation from employees and more committed to the company. The problem raised in this research is whether the variable of safety and occupational health, compensation and organizational culture have a positive effect, either partially or simultaneously to job satisfaction of PT. Tri Surya Sempana Sub packing section. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with previous research instruments in the form of Validity test, Reliability test, and Classic Assumption test consisting of Normality test, Multicolinearity test, Autocolrelation test, Heteroskedasticity test and Correlation Coefficient (R) and Coefficient of Determination R2).The results showed that the variables of Occupational Safety and Health, Compensation and Culture Organization simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on job satisfaction PT. Tri Surya Sempana Sub Packaging Section. This is based on the calculation of SPSS where Fcount of 13604 is greater than Ftable of 2.91.Some suggestions from the results of this study include improvements in related services on the variables of Occupational Safety and Health, Compensation and Organizational Culture. Suggestions for future research are expected to add other variables in order to know which variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
