Abstract

Indonesia's strategic position with a wealth of natural resources, of course, to manage and secure it must be supported by good Indonesian human resources. Therefore, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Ir. Joko Widodo has programmed the priority of human resource development (advanced Indonesian human resources). This was also implemented by Kasal Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono. SE., MM. in the first Kasal priority program, namely the Development of superior Navy Human Resources In order to realize superior Indonesian Navy human resources as an educational institution, the Navy is tasked with educating the cadets who will later maneuver the organization and become officers and leaders of the Indonesian Navy. In order to produce superior officers who are able to carry out their duties and obligations, before carrying out education, cadets are first assigned to the corps (Sailors / Engineering, / Electronics / Supply / Marines). Currently, there is a Regulation of the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy which regulates the determination of the cadet corps, namely Perkasal / 72 / IX / 2009, but this regulation has not accommodated any new policy changes and there are still problems that occur in determining the Corps. Therefore it is necessary to improve and improve the quality of policy designs related to the determination of the Youth Corps at the Indonesian Naval Academy (The right man on the right Korps). This research aims to produce a better policy design for determining the Cadet Corps at the Indonesian Naval Academy, with a quantitative research methodology using a weighting scale value determination method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) theory.
