Abstract

In this thesis, the authors take the subject of research implementation project work Roads and Bridges, Bridges Event Sub Sei Kalanaman Katingan. The author uses the method Value Analysis Results (Earned Value Analysis) in evaluating the performance of both time and cost performance, for the use of 3 (three) indicators, namely, ACWP (actual cost of work performed), BCWP (budgeted cost of work performed), and BCWS (bugeted cost of scheduled). Based on the analysis that has been done, then things can be concluded from this study are: The result of the calculation of CV (Cost Varian) at week 8 to week 15 on average showed a positive number, this means that the cost is still below budget. SV calculation results (Schedule Variants) 3rd week until week 15 the average was negative, it means that the execution time has been delayed from the planned schedule. The result of the calculation of CPI (Cost Performance Index) 1221> 1 indicate good cost performance. In terms of spending less than the budget at the time of reporting at the end of week 15. The result of the calculation of the SPI (Schedule Performance Index) 0759 <1 indicates the performance time is not good. In the sense that the work has been delayed at the end of reporting at week 15. The expected costs up to the completion of this project are as follows: Value ETC (Estimate To complate) Rp. 3,487,181,910.82 shows approximate (forecasting) costs to complete the remaining projects. Value EAC (Estimate At Complete) Rp. 4,383,393,560.82, showing the estimated cost of the entire project from start to finish the project is complete. The total budget of the project completion during the review week 15 smaller than budgeted in the amount of USD 4.58109 billion. The time needed to complete the project as follows Value TE (Time Estimate) at week 15 of 51.4 weeks is the time needed to complete the project, while the remaining time is only 39 weeks, is expected to experience a delay of 12.4 weeks. Experienced contractor budged over 4.6%, so that the project can be completed according to plan pre-determined schedule it is necessary to increase the human resources of the existing total; 159 Workers, 63 Plumbers, 5 Plumbers, 39 Iron Works, 15 Electrician, 15 Chief Stonemason, 16 Chief artisan Iron, 3 Head Painter, 6 Head Plumbers, 6 Head electrician, 17 people foreman.
