Abstract

Implementation of a project are very rarely encountered went exactly according to plan. Generally has been delayed time and the progress of the work, but there are also projects that was accelerated from the initial schedule planned. It is necessary for the study of the control of a project that promotes the integration of cost and time. Controlling costs and time to do so delay the end time of execution can be prevented. In addition, increased costs due to the delay can be minimized.Control was done on the project structure of Way Improvement Muara Teweh City Limits - Kandui, due to the implementation of the project has been delayed.The purpose of this study was (1) Getting the old estimate the time needed to complete the project structure of Way Improvement Muara Teweh City Limits - Kandui, (2) Obtain large end of the project cost estimate of the value of the contract, (3) Get the advantages or disadvantages of working on projects.After using Earned Value, found that (1) Estimate the time needed to complete the project Improvement of Structure Road City Limits Muara Teweh - Kandui was 187 calendar days (25 weeks), can be accelerated to 15 days of planning the original 205 calendar days (27 weeks). (2) The estimated cost of the project implementation structure of Way Improvement Muara Teweh City Limits - Kandui is equal to the contract value, amounting Rp19.474.214.600,00, (3) Based on the Cost Variance (CV), the structure of the road improvement project City Limits Muara Teweh - Kandui, contractors profited or the costs incurred by the contractor was smaller than the available budget in the amount of Rp5,489,423,689.92.
