Abstract

At this time the condition of science and the provision of network system in the district of East Hamlet in a state of half of the population that is underserved. This data is based on documents RISPAM East Barito District in 2014, the number of people in Tamiang Layang 21 323 inhabitants with SR 1,552 subscribers and the number of population served by 8536 the soul means that only 40.03% of the population served with clean water. Control in construction projects generally involves three main aspects, namely, the cost, time and human resources. In the execution of a construction project, planning and control is a function of the most fundamental in realizing the project's success.One method that meets these goals is the concept of Value Results, Earned Value Concept, which consists of three indicators, namely BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The procedure begins by conducting research literature study, data collection, direct observation of the project, summarizing the results of the collection of existing data. Evaluation results EVA (Earned Value Analysis) On Sunday Ke-5, the costs outweigh the expenditure plan, the execution time longer than planned, the remaining cost to completion of the work is Rp. 3,226,522,962 and total settlement costs Rp. 3472366511 (with a loss of Rp. 471 106 412)
