Abstract

Road section of Palangkaraya -Bagugus categorized road grade IIIA. ie arterial or collector roads are passable vehicles include a charge to the size of a width not exceeding 2500 mm, a length not exceeding 18,000 mm and the heaviest load permitted axis 8 tons. During the handling of damage to roads was done on roads Palangkaraya -Bagugus only limited maintenance, ie with functional improvement in the road surface was damaged. Handling was considered not quite right for the improvement efforts did not last long in accordance with the life of the plan. Therefore, there should be more research on the road of Palangkaraya -Bagugus, namely the identification of the damage and make the design appropriate improvement in the improvement in the aggregate with class A and class B and repairs to the Cement Treated Recycling Base (CTRB) against the damage.The purpose of this study were (1) to get the technique right implementation of the pavement to repair the damage caused to roads, (2) geta great length of time and cost required for the rehabilitation of roads Palangkaraya -Bagugus.After calculation using flexible pavement PT T-01-2002-B, it was found that (1) Implementation of pavement right to repair the damage caused to roads Palangkaraya -Bagugus was: ITP = 13,30 comprising of the surface layer material Laston MS 744 by 20 cm, CTRB (Cement Treated Recycling Base)25 cm, the material layer subbase Sirtu class A25cm, and DDT = 3.60, layer of subgrade, CBR 2.90%, (2) the length of time and the cost required for the rehabilitation of roads Palangkaraya -Bagugus was for 150 calendar days and an estimated cost of Rp 258.065,66 / M2.
