Abstract

Business Development Hospitals experience very rapid growth in Indonesia, according to data (Ministry of Health: 2018) Hospitals in Indonesia consist of government hospitals and private hospitals with a total of 2,773. The growth of government hospitals over the past six years has not been as fast as the growth of private hospitals. The average growth of government hospitals is only 0.4%, while private hospitals are 15.3%. On average in each province there is an increase in the number of private hospitals. Aggressive growth is seen mainly in East Java quadrupling or if it is a percentage of an average of 21% and in West Java nearly doubling or 19%, DKI Jakarta has nearly doubled or an average of 8% for 6 years this last. Likewise, in Central Java, it has almost tripled or an average of 19%. From these data it can be concluded that the province of East Java is the province with the highest growth of private hospitals in Indonesia. This shows that the province of East Java has great potential in developing the Hospital industry. This of course will also have an impact on aspects of human resource needs in the industry. Human resources are the most important asset for organizational development besides financial capital. This study uses samples taken from Dr. Soegiri was 122 respondents, while the sample to be taken from the hospital. Muhammadiyah Lamongan as many as 109 respondents. So that when added to the total of 231 respondents. This research uses Servant Leadership (X1), Kaizen Work Culture (X2), Organizational Climate (X3), Quality Of Work Life (Z1), Job Satisfaction (Z2) and Performance (Y).
