Abstract

CV. Serba Jaya Oke is a manufacturing company engaged in producing eskan and sealwer products, where work systems still require evaluation related to workload and labor adequacy. This study aims to analyze workers’ physical workload, determine standard time for each production activity, and evaluate workforce adequacy based on job requirements. The results show that the average physical workload using the Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) method ranges from 31.14% to 44.04%, indicating a need for improvement. The total standard time for eskan production is 496,439 seconds, while sealwer is 491,996 seconds. Workforce evaluation using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method indicates overload conditions in the body finishing and QC stations with values of 1.66 and 1.89. Recommendations include improving work methods, optimizing rest schedules, and adding 4 workers with a total cost of Rp12.000.000,00 to balance workload and enhance productivity
