Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fundamental makro, kebijakan dividen, dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2020-2024. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fundamental makro tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan good corporate governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan fundamental makro, kebijakan dividen dan good corporate governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
