Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh ESG Disclosure, Profitability, dan Investment Opportunity Set terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel perusahaan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 11 perusahaan pertambangan dengan data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laman website perusahaan dan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam kurun waktu 2022-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengungkapan ESG dan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji simultan variabel bebas berupa Pengungkapan ESG, Profitabilitas, dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
