Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan serta menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life, motivation, dan employee engangement terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian pelayanan pada PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo dengan populasi karyawan bagian pelayanan. Sebanyak 56 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk memilih sampel yang akan diterapkan pada penelitian ini, dengan mengaplikasikan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah lolos pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh quality of work life memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta employee engangement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
