Abstract

Guru SMP dihadapkan pada tuntutan penggunaan teknologi yang semakin intensif dalam proses pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah, yang berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan psikologis berupa technostress. Kondisi tersebut dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis guru atau teacher well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara technostress dengan teacher well-being pada guru SMP di Kabupaten Bungo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 148 guru SMP yang diperoleh melalui teknik quota sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman’s rho dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 27.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara technostress dan teacher well-being. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa technostress memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan teacher well-being pada guru SMP di Kabupaten Bungo, sehingga pengelolaan tuntutan teknologi secara adaptif menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis guru. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi strategi peningkatan dukungan dan pelatihan teknologi untuk guru SMP.
