Abstract

Motor induksi tiga fasa merupakan salah satu komponen utama pada sistem industri yang berfungsi sebagai penggerak berbagai peralatan produksi. Kerusakan pada motor, seperti peningkatan suhu, getaran berlebih, dan kenaikan arus, dapat menyebabkan penurunan performa, downtime produksi, hingga kerusakan total yang berakibat pada kerugian operasional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pemantauan dini yang mampu mendeteksi kondisi motor secara real-time dan memberikan peringatan sebelum terjadi kerusakan yang lebih serius. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun alat deteksi kerusakan dini pada motor blower dryer di PT Central Proteina Prima dengan memanfaatkan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 yang terintegrasi dengan modul WiFi ESP8266. Sistem ini memanfaatkan tiga sensor utama, yaitu sensor arus PZEM-004T, sensor getaran MPU6050, dan sensor suhu MAX6675 untuk memantau kondisi motor. Data dari ketiga sensor diproses menggunakan metode logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk menentukan empat kategori kondisi motor, yaitu Unload, Baik, Cek, dan Fault. Hasil pemantauan ditampilkan melalui layar LCD TFT dan dikirim ke server berbasis web untuk monitoring jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca nilai arus, suhu, dan getaran dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik berdasarkan tabel kalibrasi. Sistem fuzzy dapat memberikan klasifikasi kondisi motor secara tepat sesuai dengan perubahan nilai sensor, baik pada kondisi normal maupun kondisi real-time di lapangan. Dengan adanya alat ini, proses maintenance dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dan terencana sehingga risiko kerusakan motor dapat diminimalisir.
