Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance (GCG), profitabilitas, dan efisiensi operasional terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2024. Studi ini menguji pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut baik secara parsial maupun simultan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor penentu kinerja keuangan di sektor strategistersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 38 perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria kelengkapan data, dengan total 45 observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), GCG diproksikan melalui struktur dewan komisaris, direksi, dan komite audit, Profitabilitas diukur dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE), sementara Efisiensi Operasional diukur dengan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Inventory Turnover (ITO). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 setelah dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Good corporate governance terbukti memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan dan keputusan strategis. Profitabilitas muncul sebagai penggerak utama (primary driver) kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, efisiensi operasional berperan sebagai penopang kesehatan keuangan meskipun dengan pengaruh relatif lebih kecil. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,633, yang menunjukkan bahwa 63,3% variasi kinerja keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh model. Temuan ini mengungkap adanya sinergi strategis berupa siklus yang saling memperkuat antara tata kelola yang baik, profitabilitas yang sehat, dan operasi yang efisien dalam menciptakan keunggulan keuangan yang berkelanjutan di sektor transportasi dan logistik.
