Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek dengan menggunakan metode crashing melalui alternatif penambahan jam kerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Diagnostik Terpadu RSUD Sidoarjo. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mencari kombinasi waktu dan biaya yang paling efisien, serta menghitung tambahan biaya yang muncul akibat penerapan metode tersebut. Data yang digunakan berasal dari jadwal proyek, laporan kemajuan pekerjaan, dan rincian biaya tiap aktivitas. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung durasi proyek pada kondisi normal, kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil penerapan crashing melalui penambahan jam kerja lembur selama 1, 2, dan 3 jam per hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi proyek yang semula 200 hari dapat dipersingkat menjadi 199 hari dengan penambahan 1 jam kerja, menjadi 198 hari dengan penambahan 2 jam, dan menjadi 197 hari dengan penambahan 3 jam kerja. Total biaya proyek setelah penerapan metode crashing sebesar Rp 45.320.447.319,55 untuk alternatif 1 jam, Rp 45.286.606.288,69 untuk alternatif 2 jam, dan Rp 45.252.907.565,9 untuk alternatif 3 jam.
