Abstract

Era globalisasi membuat persaingan di dunia bisnis semakin ketat, yang membawa pada perubahan yang cepat dan tidak menentu dalam ekosistem bisnis dan organisasi. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor penting dalam setiap organisasi, baik di sektor publik maupun swasta. PT. Bina Area Persada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang outsourcing atau penyediaan tenaga kerja yang berlokasi di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bina Area Persada. Adapun populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan strukturan PT. Bina Area Persada dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 133 karyawan yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Peneliti memperoleh data penelitian penyebaran kuesioner serta penilaian dari HRD perusahaan tersebut. Untuk mengukur besarnya hubungan antar variabel, peneliti menggunakan uji determinasi agar bisa mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan yang terjadi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti dibantu melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian yaitu tidak ada hubungan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bina Area Persada. Melalui hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti memberikan saran kepada PT. Bina Area Persada perlu melakukan peningkatan komitmen terhadap seluruh karyawan agar karyawan merasa berat untuk meninggalkan organisasi, mempertimbangkan fasilitas yang didapat bila meninggalkan organisasi, dan menganggap bahwa loyalitas terhadap organisasi merupakan sebuah keharusan.
