Abstract

Jalan Penjaringan Asri sering mengalami banjir saat curah hujan tinggi akibat alih fungsi lahan, pertumbuhan permukiman, serta penyumbatan saluran oleh sampah, sedimentasi dan vegetasi liar yang menurunkan kapasitas tampung. Kondisi ini meningkatkan limpasan dan memicu genangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kemampuan saluran drainase eksisting dalam menampung debit banjir rancangan pada kala ulang 2, 5 dan 10 tahun serta merumuskan alternatif redesign untuk meningkatkan kapasitas hidrolika. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data dimensi saluran hasil survei lapangan dan data curah hujan periode 2014–2024. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan hidrologi untuk memperoleh debit banjir rencana dan perhitungan hidraulika untuk menilai kapasitas eksisting. Pemodelan menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.6 dan EPA SWMM 5.2.4 digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi banjir, sedangkan validasi dilakukan dengan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) berdasarkan perbandingan kecepatan aliran model dan data lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan debit rencana sebesar 2,069 m³/detik (2 tahun), 2,439 m³/detik (5 tahun) dan 2,640 m³/detik (10 tahun), dengan seluruh nilai Qhidrologi melebihi kapasitas hidraulika sehingga saluran tidak mampu menampung debit aliran dan mengalami limpasan. Pemodelan menunjukkan 12 saluran mengalami banjir pada HEC-RAS dan 10 saluran (J1–J10) pada EPA SWMM. Validasi RMSE menunjukkan HEC-RAS lebih akurat (0,00381237) dibandingkan EPA SWMM (0,053434079) karena nilainya lebih mendekati nol, sedangkan EPA SWMM menunjukkan deviasi lebih besar. Hasil redesign berupa perubahan dimensi saluran trapesium dengan kedalaman 1,85 m serta pemasangan lining beton mampu meningkatkan kapasitas hidrolika sehingga saluran dapat menampung debit rencana dan mengurangi potensi banjir di lokasi studi.
