Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi desain geometri bata beton interlock tipe keylock brick dan multi gridlock terhadap kuat tekan, prosedur konstruksi, serta efisiensi waktu dan biaya dibandingkan bata merah konvensional. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa multi gridlock tergolong bata beton berlubang mutu II dengan kuat tekan 60,48 kg/cm², sedangkan keylock brick masuk kategori bata beton pejal mutu I dengan kuat tekan 100,03 kg/cm², sehingga membuktikan bahwa bentuk Interlocking berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas mekanis. pembongkaran tanpa merusak elemen bata menunjukkan bahwa material interlock bersifat reusable dan tetap mempertahankan kekuatannya. Dari segi biaya untuk luasan 0,25 m², bata Interlock tetap lebih ekonomis, yaitu Rp23.556,25 untuk Keylock Brick dan Rp27.640,15 untuk multi gridlock, sedangkan bata merah membutuhkan Rp26.308,00, karena sistem interlock tidak memerlukan spesi, plesteran, maupun acian. Pengukuran waktu pemasangan juga menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, yaitu 6,818 m²/jam/tukang untuk multi gridlock dan 4,90 m²/jam/tukang untuk keylock brick, jauh lebih cepat dibandingkan bata merah yang hanya 0,75 m²/jam/tukang. Secara keseluruhan, kedua desain interlock terbukti meningkatkan kinerja konstruksi dari aspek kekuatan, kecepatan, dan efisiensi biaya, sehingga layak menjadi alternatif material dinding yang lebih unggul daripada bata merah konvensional.
