Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based teacher performance assessment system using the Rule-Based Expert System method at MA Kanjeng Sepuh. This system is designed to overcome the limitations of manual assessments, which are inefficient and non-objective. The development was conducted using the waterfall method and tested through Black Box Testing and UMUX-Lite. The results indicate that the system is capable of providing accurate, efficient, and easily accessible assessments for schools, thus supporting improvements in the quality of education.
