Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a website-based electronic repair service ordering system at CV. OTW Computer Gusaha in Surabaya. This system was created to facilitate customers in ordering repair services online and to help the company manage customer data, repair status, and operational reports more efficiently. One of its key features is WhatsApp integration for faster communication and real-time repair status tracking, providing transparency to customers. Furthermore, the system is equipped with an admin dashboard to simplify operational management. In developing this system, the Exponential Smoothing method was used to forecast the number of electronic repair service orders for the following year based on historical data. The purpose of implementing this method is to improve efficiency in capacity planning and company resource management. It is hoped that the implementation of this system will improve service quality and customer satisfaction, while supporting smoother and more efficient operations in the digital era.
