Abstract

Peran Sumber Daya Manusia pada suatu perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena baik atau buruknya kualitas SDM akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu untuk menghasilkan kualitas SDM yang baik di perlukan peranan perusahaan itu sendiri, baik untuk menjaga atau mengahasilkan kualitas SDM maupun mengatasi masalah yang sedang di hadapi oleh karyawannya. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Stres Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PG Lestari Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dalam penelitian ini data di kumpulkan dengan alat bantu berupa kuesioner terhadap 50 responden yang di ambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan penulis. Analisis ini merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan determinasi menggunakan aplikasi komputer program SPSS 16.0 Dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) untuk variabel Kecerdasan Emosional (X1) mendapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dan nilai thitung 3.425 > ttabel 1.676, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak Ha di terima, Hasil uji t untuk variabel Stres Kerja (X2) mendapatkan Nilai signifikan sebesar 0.003 < 0.05 dan nilai thitung 2.008 > ttabel 1.676, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 ditolak Ha diterima, jadi dapat di simpulkan bahwa semua variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Karyawan PG Lestari Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dari hasil uji simultan (uji f) menyatakan bahwa Nilai fhitung sebesar 17.875 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0.000 < 0.05. Dengan demikian keputusan yang diambil Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa semua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mampu memengaruhi variabel terikat secara signifikan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah uji parsial (uji t) Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, uji simultan (uji f) pada penelitian ini variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PG Lestari Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dari koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja mampu menjelaskan sebesar 55.2 %, sedangkan sisanya 44.8 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
