Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has influenced many changes in various fields, including education. At Senopati Vocational High School, a teacher assessment system is not yet available, making it difficult for the school to evaluate teacher performance fairly and accurately. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can help the school determine the best teachers using two methods: the MOORA method and the ROC method. The steps taken begin by identifying the problem, seeking references, and collecting data through observation and interviews. The assessment weighting is determined using the ROC method, then the MOORA method is used to calculate the final grade for each teacher. It is hoped that this system will help the school select the best teachers more easily and objectively, and improve the quality of education at Senopati Vocational High School.
