Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 125 orang dan sampel sebanyak 56 responden yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret hingga selesai pada tahun 2025 dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,784 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H1 diterima. Secara parsial variabel Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai t hitung sebesar 0,968 dan signifikansi 0,337 > 0,05, sehingga H2 ditolak. Sedangkan variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,106 dan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05, sehingga H3 diterima. Secara simultan, variabel Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 226,625 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
