Abstract

This research aims to develop a prototype of the Cybers Academy e-learning web interface using a Design Thinking approach to improve effectiveness and user experience. The process began with an empathy phase through interviews and surveys with students and instructors to identify needs and challenges. After defining the problem, the team proceeded to the ideation phase and designed an interface prototype that included key features such as training navigation, attendance, assignments, and learning time targets. The prototype was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate usability and user satisfaction. Based on the test results with 49 respondents, the SUS score was 79.75, which falls into the "A" category and is considered acceptable. User feedback also revealed several aspects that could be improved in subsequent design iterations. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of e-learning interfaces that are more intuitive, functional, and tailored to user needs.
