Abstract

The development of automotive sports, especially motorcycle racing, is increasingly rapid in Indonesia. However, the availability of circuit facilities that meet national standards is still very limited, especially in Central Java. The city of Solo as one of the centers of regional and cultural growth in Central Java has strategic potential for the development of national-level automotive sports facilities. The design of this motorcycle racing circuit facility aims to provide representative, safe facilities that comply with the standards of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI), and are able to support athlete development and the development of the local automotive industry. A Modern Architecture approach is applied in this design to create a building that is functional, efficient, and has a simple and dynamic form expression according to the character of motorcycle racing. The design concept emphasizes the integration of technology, structure, and modern aesthetics that reflect the spirit of speed and innovation. The main facilities include a national standard racing track, spectator stands, paddock, pit stop, technical area, and supporting facilities such as a training center, medical room, and commercial area. Through an architectural design method that begins with a context study, analysis of space requirements, technical standards, and integration of modern architectural concepts, a circuit design is produced that not only meets technical and functional aspects, but also becomes a new icon for the City of Solo in the world of national automotive sports.
