Abstract

Penyakit jantung adalah penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia dan memerlukan deteksi dini yang cepat dan akurat untuk mencegah risiko yang lebih besar. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem pendeteksi gangguan sinyal jantung berbasis mikrokontroler ESP-32 S3 dengan sensor ECG AD8232. Sistem ini mampu Akuisisi sinyal elektrokardiogram (ECG) dari tubuh manusia, kemudian memprosesnya menggunakan algoritma Pan-Tompkins dan thresholding untuk mendeteksi puncak R serta menghitung nilai denyut jantung (BPM). Hasil pemrosesan data ditampilkan secara real-time melalui layar OLED 1.3 inci, serta direkam data dan disimpan pada SD Card untuk keperluan analisis lanjutan. Sistem ini diuji pada tiga kondisi fisiologis berbeda: saat istirahat, pemanasan, dan lari, untuk membandingkan karakteristik sinyal ECG. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem berhasil membedakan pola sinyal normal dan tidak normal, serta menunjukkan potensi besar untuk pemantauan kesehatan jantung secara portable dan berbiaya rendah. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu diagnostik awal yang efektif dalam mendeteksi gangguan ritme jantung seperti aritmia, takikardia, dan bradikardia.
