Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana dalam mendukung laju perekonomian serta berperan sangat besar dalam kemajuan dan perkembangan suatu daerah. Indonesia sebagai salah satu topik yang berkembang sangat membutuhkan kualitas dan kuantitas jalan dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai jenis kegiatan perekonomian pembangunan nasional. Jalan Raya wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten ponorogo merupakan jalur wisata dengan fungsi sebagai jalan Arteri Primer. Jalan ini memiliki tipe jalan 1 lajur 2 jalur dengan median (1/2D) dengan panjang jalan yang diteliti 5 Km dan lebar jalan 5 meter. Jalan ini sering dilalui kendaraan berat, kendaraan sedang, dan kendaraan ringan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Bina Marga. Metode Bina Marga merupakan metode ada di Indonesia yang mempunyai hasil akhir yaitu urutan prioritas serta bentuk program pemeliharaan sesuai nilai yang didapat dari urutan prioritas, pada metode ini menggabungkan nilai yang didapat dari survey visual yaitu jenis kerusakan serta survey LHR (lalu lintas harian rata-rata) yang selanjutnya didapat nilai kondisi jalan serta nilai kelas LHR. Urutan prioritas didapatkan dengan rumus sebagai berikut: UP (Urutan Prioritas) 17 (Kelas LHR + Nilai Kondisi jalan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari STA 00+100 Sampai STA 05+000 yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh satu jenis kerusakan adalah lubang. Nilai presentase terbesar terjadi pada STA 03+ 900 dengan luas kerusakan lubang 4400 m² dengan nilai presentase kerusakan 8,8%, dan tindakan yang diambil program peningkat
