Abstract

Pembangunan gedung apartemen Bess Mansion di Jemursari, Surabaya, direncanakan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang beton jenis Spun Pile berdiameter 0,8 m dengan kedalaman 60 m untuk menopang beban struktur. Pada kondisi eksisting ditemukan lapisan batuan pada kedalaman 28–45 m, sehingga dilakukan preboring sedalam 30 m. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kapasitas dukung dan penurunan pondasi tiang pancang serta tiang bor berdasarkan data uji SPT dan laboratorium. Perhitungan menggunakan kombinasi metode Meyerhoff – Alpha, Meyerhoff – Beta, Meyerhoff – Lamda, dan Meyerhoff – Skempton. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas dukung ijin tertinggi pada tiang tunggal diperoleh dari metode Meyerhoff – Alpha sebesar 2754,13 ton, diikuti oleh Meyerhoff – Beta 2290,95 ton, Meyerhoff - Lamda 501,25 ton, dan Meyerhoff - Skempton 452,46 ton. Penurunan kelompok tiang yang dihitung sebesar 1,39 cm masih berada di bawah batas kontrol penurunan maksimum berdasarkan SNI 8460:2017, yaitu 25 cm. Hasil perhitungan nilai deviasi metode Skempton menunjukkan deviasi terkecil sebesar 0,34%, yang masih berada dalam batas aman di bawah 5%. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil perhitungannya mendekati kondisi lapangan. Dengan demikian, metode ini dinilai efisien, akurat, dan menjadi acuan untuk perhitungan daya dukung pondasi tiang tunggal selanjutnya.
