Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja lalu lintas di ruas Jalan Raya Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur, yang melintasi area Pasar Tradisional Menganti. Menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023 sebagai acuan, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kapasitas jalan, seperti volume lalu lintas, derajat kejenuhan, dan hambatan samping, untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai tingkat pelayanan (Level of Service) dan efisiensi jalan raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang mencakup volume lalu lintas, hambatan samping, dan data geometrik jalan yang diperoleh melalui survei lapangan. Survei dilakukan selama enam hari pada hari Senin, 17 Maret 2025 sampai Sabtu, 22 Maret 2025 jam 05.00 – 21.00 untuk mengetahui pergerakan lalu lintas dan hambatan samping di sepanjang Pasar Menganti. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan kapasitas sesuai standar Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023). Hasil analisis yang telah didapatkan bahwa volume lalu lintas kendaraan tertinggi terjadi pada hari Senin, 17 Maret 2025 jam 14.15 – 15.15 dengan total 2443 skr/jam. Kelas Hambatan Samping (KHS) puncaknya terjadi pada hari Selasa 18 Maret 2025 pukul 15.00 – 16.00 dengan tingkat frekuensi sebesar 548,5 dibulatkan menjadi 549 yang diklasifikasikan dalam rentang frekuensi >500 dan dikategorikan sebagai Tinggi (T). Tingkat pelayanan jalan dalam kategori D aliran mendekati ketidakstabilan, kepadatan lalu lintas pada tingkat sedang, namun masih dapat ditoleransi. Dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan 0,75 dan kapasitas jalan 2.937 skr/jam.
