Abstract

In the construction sector in Indonesia, significant growth in line with technological advances requires efficient project management. The focus is to Support infrastructure development by ensuring cost efficiency, schedule adherence and optimal quality levels. Effective management from planning to project control is the key to meeting significant cost and time denunds. Increasing efficiency, productivity and quality of work is at the heart of efficient management, with pmject control as a key element to overcome deviations so that the project is on track. One of the methods adopted is the Earned Value method, providing detailed monitoring of project progress and enabling early detection Of performance pmblems. This research uses the Earned Value Method, integrating elements of cost, time and physical achievements Ofthe project. The data collected includes the Project Time Schedule, Cost Budget Plan (RAB). weekly pmject reports. and actual costs. Analysis is performed on COSI. schedule, variation. andperformance indices w ith a description Of the problems identified during the tesearch. In the project to builda 2-stOry health center in lålun District. the project is worth IDR 8.187.735,595 then Wem deviations in the 11th to 20th weeks. caused by deviations and delays in the arrival of materials. pmjecf success is still measured by meeting time and costs without sacrgficing quality. Therefore 'esearch into the application Of the Earned Value method in evaluanng time and costs on this project is televant and important.
