Abstract

Desa Wisata Jatiluwih, yang dikenal dengan lanskap sawah terasering dan sistem irigasi Subak warisan UNESCO, menyimpan potensi besar dalam pengembangan agroeduwisata berbasis beras merah. Beras merah tidak hanya memiliki nilai ekonomi dan kesehatan tinggi, tetapi juga menjadi identitas lokal yang dapat diangkat sebagai daya tarik wisata edukatif. Melalui pendekatan arsitektur ekologis, perancangan kawasan agroeduwisata ini mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan budaya secara harmonis. Konsep ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang wisata yang ramah lingkungan, adaptif terhadap iklim, dan mendukung pelestarian alam serta kearifan lokal masyarakat Bali. Agroeduwisata beras merah di Jatiluwih tidak hanya menjadi sarana pendidikan dan rekreasi, tetapi juga menjadi strategi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang mampu meningkatkan ekonomi lokal tanpa merusak ekosistem. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara potensi agrikultur, desain ekologis, dan pengelolaan wisata yang bertanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan kawasan wisata yang lestari dan berkelanjutan.
