Abstract

Industri konstruksi dikenal sebagai sektor yang kompleks, khususnya dalam aspek pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang menuntut kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan koordinasi tim yang solid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan sinergi kerja sama tim yang dipimpin oleh manajer proyek terhadap pencapaian target waktu pada proyek Erection Equipment & Fabrication Piping Sea Water Reverse Osmosis 5 Wilmar. Studi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari data primer. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektivitas proyek bergantung pada bagaimana seorang pemimpin mampu mengatur ritme kerja operasional, menciptakan kolaborasi yang harmonis dalam tim, serta memastikan proses berjalan sesuai rencana. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasannya adanya pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Tim sebesar 3,483 > t tabel dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,5 sedangkan pengaruh Kerjasama terhadap Kinerja Tim sebesar 2,881 > t tabel dengan nilai signifikan 0,006 <0,5, dengan besarnya pengaruhnya yang dilihat dari uji F antara Kepemimpinan dan Kerjasama terhadap Kinerja Tim di proyek Erection Equipment & Fabrication Piping Sea Water Reverse Osmosis 5 Wilmar sebesar 11,285 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 , sehingga hasil penelitian ini memiliki hasil uji determinasi dengan nilai 0,283 yang mengemukakan bahwasannya besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kerjasama terhadap Kinerja Tim sebesar 28,3% yang dimana pengaruh sebesar 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
