Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital, company size, dan capital structure terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor Properti and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2020-2023. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan tiga rasio, yaitu Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 43 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji deskriptif, uji kelayakan model, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sementara itu, , company size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Di sisi lain, capital structure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPM dan ROE, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya manajemen intellectual capital dan capital structure dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan di sektor Properti and Real Estate, meskipun company size tidak berpengaruh signifikan
