Abstract

Public services are services that are properly provided by the government to the community. Public services have the main function as prime public service providers in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how the implementation of public services in the Nganjuk District Public Service Mall. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method using interview guidelines. Analysis results may be known that in terms of transparency, accountability, conditional, participative, equal rights and equal rights and liabilities can be well followed by positive thinking on the part of public services and visitors as consumers in these designed public services malls. However, there are improvements to public services, especially from the side of support facilities.
