Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi, pengetahuan dan motivasi terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi di bidang perpajakan, objek sendiri adalah mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, Dr. Soetomo dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Surabaya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa ketiga kampus tersebut, dengan spesifikasi mahasiswa program studi akuntansi angkatan 2021 yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, Uji t dan Uji F untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara setiap vaiabel dalam penelitian. Sedangkan uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil dari uji ini menunjukan bahwa data yang digunakan terdistribusi normal, tidak ada indikasi heteroskedastisitas dan bebas dari multikolinieritas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan persepsi, pengetahuan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir di bidang perpajakan, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, Dr. Soetomo dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Surabaya.
