Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Kualitas Produk, Lokasi dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Depot Nasi Mak Nyak di Surabaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 100 responden, yang merupakan konsumen dari Depot Nasi Mak Nyak,dipilih menggunakan metode probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert sebagai instrumen pengukuran.Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, serta uji T (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Lokasi dan Persepsi Harga pada Depot Nasi Mak Nyak di Surabaya Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada depot nasi mak nyak ( nilai signifikan = 0,1.48 > 0,05). Sementarai itu, Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen ( nilai signifikan = 0,00 < 0,05). Persepsi Harga di sisi lain berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen ( 0,00 < 0,05). Secara simultan Kualitas Produk, Lokasi dan Persepsi Harga secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada depot nasi Mak Nyak. Analisa koefisien determinasi menujukan bahwa variabel tersebut menejelaskan sekitar 85,5% variasi dalam kepuasan konsumen, sementara 10,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
