Abstract

Dalam operasinya, perusahaan baik dalam industri, perdagangan maupun jasa, akan berusaha untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Satu hal yang terpenting adalah bahwa keberhasilan berbagai operasi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut tidak hanya tergantung pada kemampuan teknologi, dana operasi, sarana, dan prasarana, tetapi juga pada aspek sumber daya manusia yang baik. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi, dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 26. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan bagian personalia atau kantor yang ada pada PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan jumlah 75 orang karyawan. Sumber data penelitian menggunakan data primer yakni menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang didapat berdasarkan dari hasil uji T (hipotesis), menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi, dan pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pada hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi, dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
