Abstract
CV. Fia Gemilang adalah perusahaan di sektor industri kreatif yang memproduksi berbagai produk sublimasi seperti jersey, bendera, dan tas spunbond, serta produk outdoor seperti banner dan stiker. Untuk menghadapi permintaan tinggi dan ketidakseimbangan kapasitas antara mesin cetak dan mesin press, perusahaan ini merencanakan melakukan investasi penambahan mesin dan tempat produksi cetak sublim. Ada dua mesin alternatif yang akan diinvestasikan. Maka sebelum melakukan pembelian perlu dilakukan analisa kelayakan untuk menganalisa layak atau tidaknya dalam berinvestasi. Analisis menggunakan NPV, Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan BEP. Hasil investasi mesin alternatif 1 beserta biaya sewa tempat memiliki NPV Rp 9.148.806.185, Payback Period 1,24 bulan, IRR 19,14% dan BEP 7614 unit, sedangkan mesin alternatif 2 beserta biaya sewa tempat menghasilkan NPV Rp 9.146.310.131, Payback Period 1,12 bulan, IRR 20,2%, dan BEP 7696 unit. Pada Analisis Sensitivitas menunjukkan kedua investasi layak. Selain itu usulan rancangan layout produksi mengoptimalkan aliran material dan penempatan mesin dari percetakan sampai hingga menjahit.
